MA-1 Blue Jay
Designed to expand what instructors can teach during primary training, the aircraft supports contact, instrument, formation, and aerobatic instruction in a single platform.
Curriculum and Simulation
Instructors can introduce and rehearse maneuvers, procedures, and cockpit workflows before using aircraft time, then carry the same training standards into flight.

One platform connects pilot selection, training, aircraft operations, and maintenance, giving organizations a unified view of pilot progress, fleet activity, aircraft availability, and program performance.
Why We Started Maloy Aircraft
Professional pilot training is often constrained by the aircraft, instructors, and tools available to a program. When aircraft, simulation, curriculum, assessment, and software operate separately, the depth and consistency of training can vary across instructors, locations, and stages of pilot development.
We started with a straightforward goal: give professional pilot training organizations access to a more capable, connected training model. By bringing the aircraft, instructional system, and operating software together, we are building a more coherent path to broader training capability, more consistent delivery, and observable pilot performance.
