Built on Flightline and Factory Experience
Our team blends firsthand flying experience across military, charter, and airline operations with engineering expertise from advanced aircraft programs. We’ve seen where training systems fall short—and we know what it takes to fix it. By combining operational insight with hands-on design and manufacturing experience, we’re building a high-performance system that meets the real-world demands of today’s pilot pipeline from both ends of the flight training ecosystem.
Designed Around Training
We’ve designed a next-generation training platform to meet airline expectations from the ground up—not constrained by legacy limitations. Every element is purposefully integrated to elevate pilot skill, reduce training friction, and support consistent learning outcomes. This training-first approach enables flight schools to streamline operations, improve student performance, and reduce overall time-to-proficiency. It’s designed to prepare pilots for the technical and procedural rigor of commercial airline environments.
Engineered to Meet Airline Demands
We’ve aligned aircraft performance, curriculum, and simulator integration to meet the real-world needs of airline-focused flight schools. Our system is designed to reduce cost, improve training outcomes, and create better-prepared pilots—faster. From handling characteristics to operational realism, every detail is crafted to reflect the demands of airline pilot readiness and build long-term value for operators focused on quality, efficiency, and future scalability.
Why we started Maloy Aircraft
At Maloy Aircraft, we saw a critical gap in the pilot training system — one that legacy aircraft and training models weren’t built to handle. The scale of airline demand, the pace of retirements, and the rising cost of training were creating pressure across the entire pipeline. Yet the tools and platforms in place hadn’t evolved to meet the moment.
Rather than waiting for change, we set out to build it.
Maloy Aircraft was founded to offer a new path forward — not to compete with what exists, but to create what’s been missing: a purpose-built training solution that integrates high-performance aircraft, modern curriculum, and digital tools, all designed to meet the real-world needs of today’s training environment.
Our mission is to support flight schools, airlines, and future pilots by delivering a modern, integrated platform that elevates training outcomes, strengthens operational resilience, and helps secure the future of aviation — together.
“As a former F-16 pilot and current American Airlines pilot, I’ve seen firsthand how military training frameworks produce capable, confident aviators.”
