He holds an FAA Airline Transport Pilot certificate and six aircraft type ratings and has logged more than 5,000 flight hours across more than 30 aircraft types in military, Part 121 and Part 135 operations. After observing a growing disconnect between airline expectations and parts of the civilian pilot training system, he founded Maloy Aircraft to build a more integrated approach to professional pilot development that connects aircraft, simulation, curriculum, instruction, assessment and software around defined outcomes. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Applied Physics with honors from the University of North Carolina at Pembroke and brings practical experience in manufacturing engineering, mechanical design and simulation. His responsibilities include translating company and training objectives into a technical roadmap, establishing platform architecture and development standards, and ensuring that curriculum, simulation, aircraft data, assessment and program operations function as a connected system. More than a decade of software engineering and infrastructure experience underpins that leadership. His career has progressed through application development, senior and staff engineering, DevOps management and principal engineering roles. Across those positions, he has led technical teams, built enterprise applications, managed cloud infrastructure and delivered reliable production systems at scale. Educated at the University of Central Florida, where he earned a degree in Computer Science, Joey also brings experience developing enterprise CRM tools and web and mobile applications for commercial clients. As Lead Conceptual Design Engineer, Xinyu supports the development of the MA-1 Blue Jay by evaluating aircraft configurations, modeling performance and flight dynamics, and translating design objectives into practical engineering decisions. His experience spans CFD, FEA, aerodynamic modeling, component prototyping and flight simulator development across rotorcraft, electric aircraft and transonic fixed wing concepts. He has contributed to more than five sponsored research projects, including efforts supported by the FAA and aviation industry partners. This breadth enables him to assess aircraft concepts from analytical, operational and human factors perspectives. Xinyu holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Aerospace Engineering from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. She supports the organizational processes that help the company attract candidates, coordinate internal activities and execute company events effectively. Her background spans executive support, recruiting, event coordination, social media and customer service. Before joining Maloy Aircraft, Isabela progressed through multiple roles at Latino Leaders Magazine, where she coordinated executive activities and supported the planning and execution of events. Isabela holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of Texas at El Paso. During nearly 23 years at Gulfstream Aerospace, he advanced from design engineer to Vice President of Engineering, ultimately leading an organization of more than 1,600 engineers. That career included work on the Gulfstream V powerplant and the development of the G450 and G550, along with leadership across research and development, special missions, engineering operations, systems integration, testing and the certification of civil aircraft and military variants. Earlier experience includes engineering at McDonnell Douglas and service as Vice President of Design Engineering at Daniel Defense. Tim holds a Bachelor of Science in Aeronautical Engineering and a Master of Science in Technical Management from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. That experience spans manufacturing engineering, operations engineering, program management, factory development, production strategy and the transition from product design to repeatable production. Currently, he serves as Senior Director of Advanced Manufacturing at General Dynamics Bath Iron Works. Previously, as Vice President of Manufacturing at Boom Supersonic, he led the development of manufacturing facilities and production processes for the Overture program. During more than 39 years at Gulfstream Aerospace, he advanced from manufacturing engineering into senior roles including Program Manager II and Director of Operations Engineering. Educated at the Georgia Institute of Technology, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering, Chris advises Maloy Aircraft on manufacturing strategy, design for producibility, production planning, factory development and operational readiness. Across more than three decades, her career has encompassed FAA engineering and executive leadership, certification delegation within aircraft manufacturing and product management in the aerospace industry. Within the FAA, Christina progressed from aerospace engineer to management positions overseeing propulsion, continued operational safety, certificate management, the Atlanta Aircraft Certification Office and the East Certification Branch. She also served as Acting Director of the Compliance and Airworthiness Division. Her industry experience includes certification delegation roles at Piper Aircraft and Gulfstream Aerospace, and she currently serves as Product Management and Certification Manager at Whelen Aerospace Technologies. Educated at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering, Christina advises Maloy Aircraft on certification strategy, compliance planning and FAA coordination. Over more than four decades, Allan has supported more than 100 companies through fundraising, strategic finance, governance and executive leadership. Companies supported include Factorial Energy, GRIID Infrastructure, Standard Bariatrics, Earthwave Technologies and Dotloop, with successful exits and other company outcomes ranging from $55 million to more than $1.5 billion. Current leadership roles include Chief Financial Officer of Psympl Inc. and corVita AED and President of Securis Advisors LLC. Educated at Marquette University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and an MBA, Allan advises Maloy Aircraft on financial strategy, capital planning, governance and operational discipline.
