## Why We Built It

We did not start with an aircraft. We started with a problem. Professional training organizations needed a way to develop pilots with greater consistency and clearer evidence of readiness. The individual elements of training were not always connected around those outcomes. So we began building an integrated system informed by selected principles from military training and adapted for civilian professional pilot development.
